Problems like this are always irritating since they keep you out of the game as a whole. However, there are some things you can do. These are some solutions:
- Ensure your PlayStation software is up to date
- Sign out of PSN and back in
- Restart your internet connection
- Ensure your DNS settings are correct or switch to a public DNS
- Clear your PlayStation Cache
The last one is a bit more of a process. Definitely worth going through if you can’t log in and access any of your Fortnite skins though. To do this, these are the steps:
- Turn your PS5 off
- While off, press and hold the power button
- It’ll boot back up in safe mode after around 7 seconds
- Connect your controller using a cable
- Go to the Clear Cache option
- Select Clear System Software Cache
- Click Ok
