In recent years, Fortnite has included characters from TV and film but more media too. Increasingly, Fortnite songs are showing up. It isn’t just those made by Epic or fans’ songs, the game now has loads of licensed music too. Even before Fortntie Festival, there were popular songs showing up in the game. More recently that’s gotten really wide though.
We now have songs in Fortnite in the way of Epic’s original songs. Plus, all the licensed music available in Fortntie Festival. Even an increasing number of Fortntie songs backing up the Icon Series emotes.
If you were looking at Fortnite song lyrics, you might be surprised by how varied it all is! Although, even with big real-world artists, Epic has yet to bring in the Fortnite-themed songs that might be more recognizable to fans, the memorably cringey Chug Jug with You. Although, Epic’s own offerings have plenty of fans, like the recent Fish int the Sea Battle Pass track.

The next and now biggest area for Fortnite Songs is the Item Shop. These were just more tracks at one point However, with the release of Fortnite Festival that’s changed.
