A Fortnite Shaq skin has been teased ahead of our next update. This new skin will feature the basketballer turned all-round icon as a skin in the Fortnite item shop. They’ll even be joining the most prestige series in the game’s cosmetics.
We’ve only just had the Fortnite Rebius Icon Skin released a few days ago, but it seems Epic has been hard at work on another icon. This one is a bit different though. It’s a version of a real-life person who isn’t a streamer. Epic uses the Icon Skin label for quite a few different types of skins. Real-life celebrities being included are also in this mode.

One big surprise ahead of the most recent Fortnite update was a trailer being released for an upcoming collaboration. It’s not this season’s event pass, but instead a Fortnite X Shaq crossover. This new skin will be part of the Fortnite Icon Series!

Shaq is best known for his time as a Basketball player, being one of the greatest players ever. He’ll join quite a few sports stars who already have Fortnite skins. Past though, Shaq has become pretty widely known outside of the court. Appearing in films, hosting a podcast and reality show, and other work. He’s definitely a fitting addition to the Icon Series.
When Will the Icon Skin Release?
