One of the biggest parts of any Fortnitemares event is the new skins. We’ve already started to see spooky styles rolled out into the Battle Pass. However, we’ve got some big ones still to com, including the Fortnite Edward Scissorhands skin. A new crossover that’s coming in just a few days!
The kind of late Fortnite patch arrived with the announcement of a few new crossovers to the game. We got more Nightmare Before Christmas, but the titular creature from Tim Burton’s Edward Scissorhands will also be joining the cast of Fortnite. What items are we expecting and when will they be released in the item shop?

One of the next biggest updates to Item Shop will be the Fortnite Edward Scissorhands skin. As a collab skin, it’s coming with quite a few extra cosmetics to allow players to kit out a full locker slot for the character. What items are arriving with the skin? According to Fortnite leakers, this is what we’re expecting:
- Edward Scissorhands Skin
- Dinosaur Topiary Glider
- Emote
- Scissorhands Harvesting Tool
- Guitar skin for Fortnite Festival
As has been the case for quite a few recent Fortnite seasons, there is an inexplicable themed Fortnite Festival instrument thrown in. This aside though the whole bundle makes a lot of sense. It’s always good to see harvesting tools that allow you to use a character’s natural features, like the Fortnite Edward Scissorhands actual hands.
When Does the Skin Release in Fortnite?

That’s what we’re expecting when the bundle hits the item store, but when will it be released? According to leakers, there’s a day pinned down already for the skin’s release. The Fortnite Edward Scissorhands skin is supposed to be released on October 15th! At the moment, this is when we can expect it to arrive. However, there can be delays so watch out if it doesn’t pop up instantly on the 15th.
