What’s good E.T Fam? Happy Saturday! If the week has been a bust for any of you all, I at least hope that today has gone in your favor. So, let’s talk about today’s content. Any of you that have been in crypto and have actually been engaging with the Crypto Twitter community for longer than a month knows that every day there’s some new drama to observe. The latest – and biggest – situation that has taken front n center is the drama that has erupted around the collapse of TIME.
This ultimately led to the founder – Daniele Sestagalli – being accused of engaging in nefarious activity….which then led to his CFO – 0xSifu – being exposed by Zachxbt as a habitual scammer. This has also led to fears of MIM collapsing as a result. If you have no idea what I’m talking about or who any of the named parties are, don’t worry. In other news, Biden is set to issue an Executive Order surrounding crypto. I guess this is the first attempt at the regulation they’ve been threatening with throughout 2021.
Let’s see where this goes. Lastly, the ETH-BSC bridge of Qubit Finance was hacked for $80M today. There’s never a dull moment smh. Today we’re going to go through these blowups play by play in an attempt to extract some lessons on what not to do, as well as what to watch out for in crypto. Today’s content is not meant to be taken as gossip or an attempt o further stir the pot. However, this industry can be a dangerous place, and situations like this must be brought to the forefront a dissected.
