Floki is raising awareness of its play-to-earn MMORPG Valhalla with a massive ad campaign
throughout the rest of the year, bringing English Premier League fans up close and personal
with the game during the 2024-25 Season.
With a reach that spans the whole globe, just how far does this expansive campaign go?
The power of the English Premier League
As the most popular sporting league around the world, the EPL towers over the UEFA
Champions League and the Bundesliga in terms of scale and audience attendance. You can
expect to see Valhalla proudly displayed on the field’s LED perimeter boards – significant
exposure for a league that gathered an audience of 3.23 billion during the 2022-23 season.
The EPL also boasts 2.01 billion viewers when it’s broadcast to 712 million households during
live match programming. This spans 190 countries, with 1.22 billion fans watching highlight
shows according to Nielsen’s data.
Socialising on social media
Apart from live matches, fans also tune into updates from the league on Facebook with its 240
million followers. Instagram boasts 157 million, while TikTok fans reach up to 56 million. On the
other hand, X fans are in the 123 million mark, while YouTube boasts 28 million followers.
Ads will be dynamically integrated for maximum exposure, so everyone can see what Valhalla
has to offer throughout the whole season.
Ad time is go time
Multichannel coverage means Valhalla will enjoy its time in the spotlight across social media,
online, mobile, and broadcast. The projected reach should hit over 200 million people, with the
campaign offering 1.2 billion impressions and ensuring that the ads will be on-screen for nearly
440 hours.
Numbers in Europe should generate approximately 81 million impressions, while Asia and
Oceania are expected to have an estimated 47 million impressions. On the other hand, Africa
will see around 48 million impressions, which should amount to almost 34 hours of on-screen
duration.
Valhalla’s time to shine
If you’re curious about the game itself and its tokenomics, you can head on over to the official
website to learn more. Valhalla lets you explore an open world that takes inspiration from Norse
mythology, with creatures called Veras that you can tame and train along with your online
