Elixir offers up to 22% APR on ELIX token staking

PC blockchain game distribution platform Elixir is launching a staking program for holders of its ELIX token.

Requiring a minimum of 5,000 ELIX (currently worth around $100), users can find the staking option with the Elixir launcher, with options ranging from a 5% return for staking your tokens for 30 days to 22% if you want to lock them up for 360 days.

The full details are:

30 days: 5% APY
90 days: 8% APY
180 days: 12% APY
360 days: 22% APY

As part of the initiative, the Elixir team will be burning 1% of ELIX’s total supply (currently worth $260,000). This will be sourced from the team’s own token allocation.

“The launch of $ELIX Staking is a game-changer for our community,” said Elixir CEO Carlos Roldan.

“By integrating staking directly into our launcher with an intuitive interface, we’re not just simplifying participation – we’re empowering users to easily monitor their progress and make informed decisions. Elixir launching Robokiden arena shooter on Avalanche in July

Blockchain game distribution platform Elixir has announced it’s acquired the Project ST IP from Spanish developer The Breach Studios.

Now known as Robokiden, the 5 player team-based thirdperson shooter will be launched in July as part of Elixir’s $1 million season pass rewards campaign. It’s also planned to release the games for consoles including PlayStation5, Xbox and Switch.

It will use the KIDEN token as a reward, which will be used to buy loot boxes and NFTs.

In conjunction with the deal, Elixir has also announced a strategic partnership with Ava Labs, the outfit behind the Avalanche blockchain, which will see Robokiden adopting Avalanche.

“Our goal at Elixir has always been to bring engaging and innovative IPs to our platform, which is why we’re incredibly excited to bring Robokiden to our community,” said Elixir CEO Carlos Roldan.

“By partnering with Ava Labs, leaders in the development of web3 tech specifically designed for gaming, we can’t wait for players to start diving into this vibrant arena shooter.”

Play and Earn with Elixir Season Pass

These days, token airdrops and play to earn events seem to arrive on a near daily basis. Even the distribution platforms are getting in on the action as Elixir Games launches their own play and earn event across the platform and with numerous partner games!

Players earn tickets as they level up their Elixir Season Pass. Use these tickets to enter various giveaways on the Elixir platform. In addition, each of the game partners for this event will hold their own game tournament, all with significant prizes as well!

This Season Pass event should work as a great catalyst for getting players onto the Elixir platform, and exposing them to a variety of different games. I just today played three games I had never heard of before so I could grab some quest points. And I’ll probably do the same thing tomorrow!
