Registration ends at 2 PM (CET) today, 4 August, for people interested in playing with Cryppo’s NFTs in the Crypto Heroes tournament to win up to 1 Ethereum, 2,000 Noku tokens and 5 copies of The NFT Magazine.

You can only participate if you hold NFTs from the Cryppo collection, launched in December by The Cryptonomist and ArtRights. You must hold the NFT in your wallet until the end of the tournament or you will be disqualified. 

A reminder about the @CryppoNFT tournament: you have to hold the NFT in your wallet till the end of the last match.

Those who have more than one Cryppo may also decide to open multiple Noku wallets and import multiple Cryppo to participate in the tournament with multiple profiles.

This will not be an advantage as it takes more time and more cards to track, but it is still an option.

The prizes of the Crypto Heroes tournament

The Crypto Heroes tournament will begin today, 4 August, in the afternoon. Specifically, the prizes for those who win are:

• A special Cryppo card for all entrants;
• 1 copy of The NFT Magazine for the top 5 winners;
• 1 Ethereum to whoever ranks first in the tournament;
• 2000 Noku tokens divided as follows:
• 800 tokens to the first place winner
• 500 tokens to the second place winner;
• 200 tokens to the third place winner;
• 150 tokens to the fourth place finisher;
• 50 tokens to the fifth place finisher;
• 40 tokens from the sixth to the tenth place;
• 20 tokens from eleventh to fifteenth place.

How to play Crypto Heroes

Crypto Heroes is a game built on the Noku blockchain: it is a trading card game about the blockchain world.

Upon registration, the user will receive 20 NFTs to be used to participate in the tournament and subsequently in any other Crypto Heroes tournament.

After finding the tournament dedicated to Cryppo on the Crypto Heroes board and clicking Join you will need to field 12 cards, two of which must be of type A.

Noku’s NFTs are tied to one or more cryptocurrencies, with corresponding multipliers. Wild cards (J) and antagonists (A) will go to change the total score depending on the conditions.

The deck should be chosen carefully since the cards will score determined by the performance of the crypto assets they are linked to.

Starting on 21 July, two different tournaments of the game Crypto Heroes will be held on Noku.io‘s platform, in which it will be possible to participate only by holding NFTs from the Cryppo collection, launched by The Cryptonomist and ArtRights.

The Cryppo Holder tournament

Specifically, there will be 2 different matches for the “Cryppo Holder” tournament.

The first match will be held on 21 July, from 2 PM (CET) to midnight of the same day. In contrast, the second tournament will be held on 28 July, also from 2 PM (CET) to midnight.

There will be numerous prizes for those who participate in the tournament. 

• 1,000 $NOKU tokens for the top 25 finishers;
• 1 copy of The NFT Magazine to the top 5 finishers:

Beginning in August, and specifically on August 4, 2022, there will be 4 more matches each week thereafter for a more complex and high-level tournament for all Noku members in possession of at least one NFT from Cryppo.

To be precise, the Open tournament matches will be held on August 4, August 11, August 18, and August 25, once again from 2 PM (CET) to midnight of the same day.

As of 22 June 2022 at 1:00 PM Italian time, it will be possible to mint Heroes: Genesis on Nokuchain, and new owners will be able to unlock the following new features

• farming (staking the NFT to passively “farm” tokens and other NFTs);
• tournaments reserved for Heroes: Genesis owners with really interesting prize pools;
• early access to their metaverse, a play-to-earn environment with a VIP area reserved for owners of their NFTs. 

Users will be able to receive the NFT as a preview and unlock the new features now, before anyone else, without paying minting fees, and only bridge to and from ETH afterwards.

Noku and the PFP collection from ‘Heroes: Genesis’ on Nokuchain

Heroes: Genesis is the first NFT Cross-Chain project with Gaming and Farming in place, developed with a Low-Fee-Minting technology. 

In fact, the architecture developed by Noku for the ERC 721-N allows metadata to be shared between different chains, while maintaining a set of data for each, thanks to the NPFS protocol. This prevents dissimilarity of data across different chains and in addition helps users save a lot of money in gas fees.

In general, Noku is a Web3 platform dedicated to the NFT world with its own blockchain, Nokuchain.

NOKU tokens and the gaming industry
