Fortnite’s cosmetics have gotten even wider with the release of new game modes. Now we’ve got skins, but also cars, decals, and even wheels to deal with. One of these car cosmetics a lot of players unlocked was the Ball-R Fortnite wheels. A new type of wheel to go with some car bodies. However, fans of these wheels have run into a problem this week.
The Ball-R Fortnite wheels have been removed at random from a lot of players’ lockers. This is a bit weird. While it was a free reward, a lot of players would be shocked to see a Fortnite car skin go missing. What’s happened to the Ball-R Wheels and will they be back in players’ hands any time soon?

Ball-R Fortnite Wheels Randomly Removed
The Ball-R Fortnite wheels were originally released earlier this season. They were added in Chapter 5 Season 4, but not in Fortnite. They were included in Rocket League. Since Epic has merged the cosmetics of the two games, this unlocked in Fortnite too! Players could move into Fortnite and find their wheels from Rocket League. While this worked at first, some players have now lost their wheels in Fortnite. Even getting greeted with a popup in-game informing them it had been removed.
Players aren’t alone though. Most people who have the wheels from Rocket League have lost access to them. Why has this happened? We don’t know yet. However, it could be possible that it’s just a problem with the connection between Rocket League and Fortnite.
Players planning on using the Ball-R Fortnite Wheels will have to hold off a little longer. It’s a shame the wheels aren’t in Fortnite right now. Sometimes these things can get fixed later though. With so many players effected, hopefully we’ll get the wheels back in the game soon.
